Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the custom software developed for them. Tech Reign Era retains the right to use generalized methodologies, tools, and frameworks used during development.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tech Reign Era's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of the EU.
